The Senate Has Voted to Save Net Neutrality – Now It’s YOUR Turn!

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1527111331774{padding-top: 15px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Senate voted on the 15th of May to save net neutrality. But the battle is not over yet! The House of Representatives need to do the same. Otherwise the FCC will let internet service provider ruin the internet. (slow connections, more censorship and more fees!)

On this website I want to show you several ways how you can stop this development and take part in the online activism towards Net Neutrality.

Scroll Down to find out how you can save Net Neutrality!

🚨This is a Red Alert for Net Neutrality 🚨

Step 1 to Save Net Neutrality – Go To Battleforthenet.com

This step will take you 1 minute maximum. Write congress a letter. Sounds like a lot of work?

Go to battleforthenet.com there you will already find a template. So you just need to type in your Name, Email, Address and Phone (optional). The letter you can modify or just send it out as it is.

On the left is the example I have send out. As you can see easy form to fill out. And battleforthenet.com does not spam you.

I have only received information regarding Net Neutrality max 1 email in two weeks.

Go to Battle for the Net

Step 2 to Save Net Neutrality – Sign the Petition “Save Net Neutrality” on Change.org

Similar step as step one head over to Change.org and sign up for the Net Neutrality Petition.

While I signed the petition there were already 2,4 mio people that signed the petition! Be one of us! Also here super simple just type in your Name, Email and hit Sign this petition!

What I find interesting about this petition is that Change.org, who runs a petition platform started this petition. The Net Neutrality issue is one that actually threatens the mission of Change.org:

“Making sure that people everywhere have the tools to make their voices heard.”

Please support equal and fair access to the Internet.

Go to Change.org

 [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Step 3 to Save Net Neutrality – Submit a Filing to the FCC

The FCC vote on Net Neutrality might be already decided, but there is a possibility that this issue could make its way back to the government agency.

A Filing to the FCC is a good way to express your support towards Net Neutrality and other open internet laws.

Just go to this website. Under Proceeding(s) write “17-108″ and then fill out the rest of the form with your information. In the comments box at the bottom write that you support Net Neutrality and Title 2 oversight of ISPs.

Go to the FCC

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Step 4 to Save Net Neutrality – Email the FCC Leadership

Email (yes bombarding should also help) the leaders of the FCC to show that you support Net Neutrality.

Here are the email addresses:

  • Ajit Pai Chairman – Ajit.Pai@fcc.gov
  • Mignon Clyburn, Commissioner – Mignon.Clyburn@fcc.gov
  • Michael O’Rielly, Commissioner – Mike.O‘Rielly@fcc.gov
  • Brendan Carr, Commissioner – Brendan.Carr@fcc.gov
  • Jessica Rosenworcel, Commissioner – Jessica.Rosenworcel@fcc.gov

Please stay polite while sending an email to these gentlemen.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Step 5 to Save Net Neutrality – Join a protest or event in your area.

Make your voice heard! It’s time to go on the street and join a demonstration. Click on the map and type in your Zip code to find the closest demonstration. If there is no demonstration in your area. You could start one!

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Step 6 to Save Net Neutrality – Tweet Donald Trump

This is actually one of my favorite. I doubt that Donald Trump actually read your tweet but if several hundred/thousand people would send tweets out it would create more awareness. Give it a go if you have a twitter just copy this tweet and send it out:

Dear @realDonaldTrump have #netneutralty on your agenda. Big topic!🚨 For all the others write congress https://www.battleforthenet.com/ & follow these steps https://vpnpioneer.com/net-neutrality/ help to #SaveNetNeutrality and #stopfcc

Even Julian Assange had a similar idea:

The Snowball Effect

So Net Neutrality is a important matter to you? Then use the snowball effect. Invite all your friends to join the movement. Let them repeat step 1 to 6 to increase awareness. Start small and end with something bigger!

Here are several ideas to let the snowball roll.

What is Net Neutrality? Why Does It Matter to Me?

For quick understanding take a look at the info graphic below:

As you can see we have at the moment Net Neutrality. Internet service providers like Verizon, AT&T or Comcast treat all content that is going through their servers, cables and cell towers equally. This means they are not able to decide that some data should end up in “fast lanes” and/or blocking, discriminating or slowing other data.

For example ISP (Internet Service Provider) shouldn’t be able to block you from accessing a service like Spotify, Skype or smaller Websites. In addition to blocking they could slow down Video streaming websites like Netflix or Youtube in order to encourage you to buy a more expensive “entertainment package”.

Advertisement of the Future. The Internet without Net Neutrality!

Take a look at the image below. That could be an advertisement of the Future in a world without Net Neutrality.

Net neutrality is crucial to keep the internet an open playing field for innovation. If internet service provider are allowed to pick favorite companies/web sites, new websites and technologies will have a hard time to grow. (Monopolization)

If internet providers would have blocked or limited download speed for video streaming websites in the mid 2000s. There is a good chance we would not have Youtube or Netflix today.

Net Neutrality is Crucial for Freedom of Speech

Net Neutrality is also important for the Freedom of Speech. If a small amount of large companies controls the internet service market, they receive power over what you will see in the search results and even what content you are allowed to access. This puts an enormous amount of power into the hands  of these corporations with the possibility to suppress critical views and other Opinions. A website like mine you might only be able to see if you have purchased a certain package.

That’s why it is critical that you take action as I have written in this blog post! Start at step 1 and help to keep the web net neutral!

Should I choose an expensive over cheap VPN?

When it comes to buying anything in this world, VPN solution included, the answer to this question is always more complicated that it appears.

There are so many factors to put into consideration, and the price is just but one of them. The most important thing you should remember is that a VPN, irrespective of its price, is all about performance, and your personal security and privacy.

Choosing the right Virtue Private Network can mean the difference between all of your personal and banking information stolen and successfully put a stop to a would-be hacker. On the same note, choosing the right VPN could actually be the difference between having all your personal emails sent everywhere in the internet and keeping all your sensitive data private, safe and sound just where it belongs.

If you consider all these factors, you will realize that finding the most affordable VPN should not actually be your goal.

Even though I do believe that expensive premium VPN is the best, you can still get a good deal from some cheap VPNs if you do your research well, and find the ones that guarantee your security and privacy.

Which of the cheap VPN can I buy with Bitcoin?

Buying a VPN with Bitcoin keeps your financial and personal data away from all potential preying eyes online. Furthermore, it does not leave behind signs of any kind of ‘paper trails’ that can be traced back to you. In fact, the best way to buy VPN service is by using cryptocurrency, in which Bitcoin is leading.

Take this VPN if you want a cheap VPN that you can buy with Bitcoin.

Good thing is, almost all VPNs now accept Bitcoins as payment methods. That said, it therefore means that there is actually no shortage of options or services to choose from.

Cheap VPN for Netfix

If you are looking to stream netfix, there is no need for you to purchase an expensive premium Virtue Private Networks in order to be able to do so. All you need to know are the things to look for in a VPN that will allow you to stream and watch netfix.

Server coverage and download speed should be your top priorities when picking a VPN for netfix purposes. It is very important to remember that video streaming is a very intensive activity, and you will definitely need nippy performance levels for you to avoid potential suffering especially at the hands of stuttering footage, mainly when you are watching HD content.

Take this VPN if you are looking for a cheap VPN for Netflix.

With several servers on offer, you will are more likely to be able to get that critical fast connection in general.

Privacy and security are also important for whatever reason you are using a VPN. If you asked me, I would advise you to pick a VPN with good encryption and a “no logs” policy. The best affordable VPN solution for netfix should support mobile devices. It would be a bonus if it can support Android and iOS so that you can watch flicks on the go.

Cheap VPN for Torrenting

Are you looking to anonymously torrent files, and you are wondering what cheap VPN would help you get the job done quickly and without a hassle? If yes, then you have come to the right place. It’s worth noting that you don’t have to go for a very expensive premium VPN for you to do so. As a matter of fact, there are so many VPN s that are ideal for torrenting, and they are highly affordable.

Not all cheap VPN are great for torrenting. That goes without saying. Your prime concern should be to find a VPN that supports torrent downloads, and can allow the files to come quickly in a secure and safe manner. The best one should have a very clear laid out privacy policy. It should have a “no logging” guarantee.

A great VPN for torrenting is this one.

Last but not least, the VPN you pick for torrenting should offer fast download speeds so that those files can keep on coming quickly and easily, and it should be one that does not throttle bandwidth.

Are Cheap VPN Safe?

The safety of any VPN is not necessarily determined by its cost. It is worth noting that just because a given Virtual Private Network is affordable does not actually mean that it is safe for use.

Precisely, the safety or lack of the same of a particular VPN depends on the following:

  1. Their jurisdiction
  2. The provider’s logging policy

On the logging policy, the fewer logs a provider has, the better and safer the VPN is for use. It’s just that straight forward.

The VPN jurisdiction is a bit more complicated. Let me discus it briefly to make it easier for you to understand.

Do you remember when Edward Snowed accomplished his infamous data breach? A huge number of classified NASA files were leaked, and the general public woke up to a realization that their private lives are not actually as private as every one of us has always believed.  In other words, privacy may not be absolute.

In fact, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, US and UK, have a partnership between them by the name “Five Eye Agreement” that effectively allows every member country to collect data, analyze and share the same, especially sensitive ones with one another. This therefore means that these countries can in actual fact circumvent the privacy laws of every respective nation.

For instance, if there is any law that prevents United Kingdom government from legally spying and surveying on any of their own citizens, UK can sidestep this law easily and request one of their partners to do all the dirty job for them.

This simply means that any privacy laws of every respective nation are completely rendered null. If you think that is shocking, then you are in for a rude shock because things do not stop there. These five countries also created a “Third Party Partnership” with France, Holland, Norway, and Denmark, therefore expanding the original network – Five Eyes Agreement – to “Nine Eyes”.

And that’s not all.

As if that is not was not enough, the initial five eyes partners went ahead to expand their network even further adding Italy, Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Germany to their long list of partners.

Furthermore, Edward Snowed leaks also confirmed that South Korea and Singapore are also among the nations partnering to access, analyze and share the data of citizens of the respective countries because these two countries are also the members of the new partnership –  “14 Eyes Partnership”.

How exactly does this affect the safety of VPN?

Well, if you are using a Virtual Private Network that is located in one of the 14 eye partnership countries, then the privacy and safety of your information are definitely brought into question. So, as long as the VPN you are using is located in the areas covered by this partnership, it’s almost impossible to guarantee the safety and privacy of your information.

Even though you should not worry at all about whether your VPN provider endorses and upholds their no logging policy, it is very important that you are aware of this partnership as well as its implications and consequences on your personal security.

Cheap VPN Conclusion

Up to this point, I hope that from this guide, you have gotten every information and insight you may need to choose the ideal perfect VPN for your budget and needs.

There is no denying that each VPN provider mentioned this list offers affordable, quality service. After all is said, there can only be one winner. Considering every factor, Zoong VPN and Lime VPN are the undisputed champions of the cheap VPNs.

How to Unblock the Malaysia Chronicle

Last Updated on August 6, 2021 by HowToPioneer

The Malaysian website Malaysia Chronicle and other critical/opposition news websites are blocked by the Malaysian authorities. In this post I will show you how to easily unblock the Malaysia Chronicle and other websites.

So you are in Malaysia and you want to open the news website Malaysia Chronicle but it is blocked by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC)? You don’t want that the Malaysian authorities log you? Visit the website anonym?

The solution I will show you in this post will solve that problem!
How to Unblock the Malaysia Chronicle

To access and unblock malaysia chronicle, I am using a VPN. As the malaysia chronicle is completely free to use, you can hide your IP address and access blocked domains through a secure VPN connection.

There are several other ways to unblock the malaysia chronicle but all other solutions have the risk that authorities are logging your activity. I have written about them on the bottom of this page.

I can recommend you to purchase a VPN service such as Goose VPN. This VPN provider is located in the Netherlands a country that has good privacy laws.

No worries I have selected a VPN that you can “test” for 30 days without paying upfront any money.

Use this VPN for 29 days and cancel it afterwards. 😉

Step 1 to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle – Sign UP for a VPN

The first step to gain access to malaysia-chronicle.com or any other blocked website is that you sign up for a VPN service.

You can use this solution also to gain access to other blocked websites for example porn websites.

I will use the VPN provider Goose VPN. The advantage with this VPN provider is that you get a 30 day free trial without paying upfront any money.

Just follow this link to get to the VPN provider.

Visit VPN Provider

Select try Goose VPN for free

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Goose VPN

In 3 easy steps – We like also the rating of Goose VPN on Trustpilot

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Goose VPN Trustpilot

Sign up with your Google account, Facebook account or with Email

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Goose VPN Signup

Choose the unlimited Goose Plan

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Goose VPN Pricing Plans

Enter your payment details

I would recommend to choose as payment Paypal. In your paypal settings you can control which services are allowed to charge money from you. Again Goose VPN will not book any money from your account at this step.

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Paypal

Congratulations you are done with step one 🙂

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Congratulations

Step 2 to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle – Get the Goose VPN Client and Install It

Goose VPN Select Device

Head to the Download area and choose the VPN client for your device. I have selected Windows but you can also unblock Malaysia Chronicle on Android, Mac, iOS and even Linux.

Once the Installer is open just hit OK and several times click on next.

Select Language
Start Setup

Step 3 to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle – Connect to the VPN Goose Server

This is easy to do just right click in your taskbar (next to the clock) on the Goose VPN symbol.

Goose VPN Taskbar

A list with the servers pops up. Now you have to select a country that is not blocking the Malaysia Chronicle. (Any other location then Malaysia). In my case I selected a UK server with good speed.

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle Goose VPN ON OFF

Now Turn the VPN ON

Turn on Goose VPN to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle

Test Your Connection

Before you open malaysia-chronicle.com website test your connection.

Go to iplocation.net

The IP locator should show the IP address of the country you are connected to. (not Malaysia)

In my example I am connected to a server in the UK as you can see below:

Goose VPN Locate IP Address

Congratulations! Now you can surf the web anonymously!

All your internet activity is encrypted and the authorities can’t see which websites you are visiting.

Hope I could help you with this little tutorial. If you have any questions please let me know in the comments.

Are There Other Options to Gain Access to Malaysia Chronicle.com ?

Yes, there are other options but I wouldn’t recommend them to you. Since the option above is free for 29 days why should you select an unsafe solution?

The solution above is the best option for you since all your web traffic is encrypted so nobody can observe what you are doing on the internet.

But I have written them down as well. Please use them at your own risk.

Option 1 to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle without a VPN – Use Google Translate

Yes you read this correct you can unblock websites with the google translator. Google translator is acting as a webproxy. Just go to google translate. Type on the translate side “http://www.malaysia-chronicle.com/” and click on translate.

Should look like this:

Google Translate as a Proxy

And the Result:

Google Translate Result

As you can see Google translate is acting like a web proxy to unblock Malaysia Chronicle. But you see the pictures are blocked.

I would not recommend this solution due to lack of security/privacy (missing encryption).

Option 2 to Unblock Malaysia Chronicle – Use a Web Proxy

Please only use web proxies that have a good reputation!

A lot of them finance themselves with annoying advertisement, malware or adware. Stay away from no names to be on the safe side. Here are two good proxy to unblock Malaysia Chronicle.

The Hide.Me web proxy – Just click on visit anonymously.

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle with Web Proxy Hide.ME

The Hidester web proxy – Just click surf anonymously

Unblock Malaysia Chronicle with Web Proxy Hidester

This option I can also not recommend since you are missing encryption. Better to go the VPN route.

I hope this how to was useful. If you have any questions please leave a comment below.
